• File size must be in between 5Mb - 15Mb
• Mandatory to have a mobile number as the first field in the file .CSV files are only acceptable to be uploaded
• Column names must be in "camelCase" and no spaces. eg : firstName
• Column names "firstName" and "lastName" must be included as fields
